How to Cut Costs on My Cleaning Services

The best way to reduce cleaning costs is to do a quick tidy before I arrive. Clearing countertops, floors, and surfaces allows me to spend more time cleaning instead of moving or organizing items. Using baskets for loose items and having a detachable showerhead can also help reduce cleaning time.

How to make a payment.

I will send the invoice via email after the cleaning is complete. You will have the option to pay by debit or credit card, or you leave cash or a cheque before the cleaning starts You can also pay by e-transfer, which is my preferred method due to fees on my end.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients provide entry instructions or a lockbox. I do prefer that no one is home so I can move freely and clean efficiently; however, I completely understand if you need to be home during the cleaning.

Do you clean around pets?

Yes. I love pets and am happy to clean around them. As long as pets are friendly, they are perfectly fine to be left with me during the cleaning. Please let me know in advance if any pets require special handling or need to be secured.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Inside appliances such as ovens and refrigerators are available as add-on services and are not included in standard cleaning unless requested.

What areas do you not clean?

For safety and insurance reasons, I do not clean areas that require climbing beyond a standard step stool, heavy lifting, or hazardous materials.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. I bring all my own professional cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer a specific product to be used in your home, just let me know in advance.

Can I book a one-time clean?

Yes. One-time cleans are welcome. Many clients try a single clean first before setting up a recurring schedule.
